Once you join The Walking Challenge, simply make a pledge. Your pledge is how many minutes you will walk each day during the 21-day challenge. That's it!

WHAT'S THE PRICE?

The is NO COST for The Walking Challenge. We are a community of people helping each other become healthier and happier. This is a movement! Tell your friends to join you!

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?

Women and men of any fitness level can participate in this program. Everyone is welcome here at The Walking Challenge and we specialize in helping people transform their lives physically and mentally through walking.
